We are seeking a Board Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the effective
functioning of the College’s Trust Board. This part-time role provides administrative support, ensuring the smooth flow of information and assisting in organising and documenting meetings and decisions.
The role will require a commitment of 5-10 hours per week. There are generally 9 Board meetings per annum on a Monday evening. We anticipate this role will start in May and will be engaged as a contractor. -
We are currently seeking a fully trained and experienced Chef who is motivated, fun and enthusiastic to join our fantastic team. This is an excellent role with a roster that supports a flexible workplace.

Working as part of SMC’s Community Relations team, this role assists with
coordinating activities to engage the College’s vibrant and extensive community of
students, parents, enrolled families, Old Girls, and supporters.A significant portion of this role involves coordinating SMC’s communications
channels, including identifying, uploading, and analyzing social media content. The
successful candidate would ideally have an interest in diverse social media channels.
